What is the nose?
The nose is in the middle of our face and this is not a coincidence . It is located in the upper part of the mouth, and it has evolutionarily helped us to analyze food just before eating it.
Its main function has always been to determine if the food that we put in our mouths is in good condition, although it also allows us to breathe. Therefore, it is an organ with more than one vital function, and it also quickly sends olfactory information to our brain thanks to its multiple nerve endings.
Although the basic structure of every nose is the same, there are notable differences between individuals. The shape of the septum or the nostrils varies from one person to another, thus being an element that for practical purposes gives a different physical identity to each person. The nose, like all other elements of our face, shapes our facial appearance . Given its specific weight in our general image, its impact on our image is significant. So much so that there are people who are not entirely satisfied with it when it does not respond to the beauty canons of the moment.
Some people get to operate it through cosmetic surgery, seeking to change the shape to gain harmony in their face. But the truth is that the different types of nose respond to an evolutionary inheritance of which there is no shame. Next we see the different existing possibilities.

Many people from Northern Europe have this type of nose, and it is an adaptation to the environment to better breathe the colder air of these latitudes.
